Where is the product made?
We take great pride in our jewelry. All items marked as vintage are hand-sourced and curated.
Production is based in-house in Vancouver, with additional artisans across the globe. Fair trade, with ethical pay and practices.
What if an item is sold out?
Vintage: Any item marked as antique or vintage, they are truly one-of-a-kind. However if you are interested in a past piece, we can try our best to track down a similar item. Please contact email@example.com
Kingdom Product: Most items labeled as Turquoise Kingdom can be custom made to your size and stone specs. If you see a size sold out, simply leave instructions in the note section during checkout of the correct size. These items take 2-4 weeks to arrive to you.
Do you accept customization?

The sizes shown for vintage are as is, with some wiggle room for resizing. Contact us if you request to have an item resized. For all other items, leave a note during checkout to have the item sized to your specs.

What Shipping services do you provide?
We ship all domestic parcels via Canada Post. Orders valued at above $100 receive complementary shipping via Canada Post Standard. Other shipping options include domestic Next Day shipping ($40) and International Priority via Canada Post ($75, does not include duties and taxes). If you wish to use an alternative shipping service, please contact prior to checkout
Do you ship overseas?
We serve customers around the world via Canada Post or UPS International. Shipping times vary, depending on the destination country, and take approximately 3–15 business days. All pieces are fully insured during transit time and are subject to all duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
How do I know if an item is in-stock or made-to-order?
Product availability and production timelines are listed on the product page for the item. Pieces that are in-stock will ship in 1-3 business days. If you are looking for an Engagement Ring that is in-stock, please see our In Stock Engagement Rings collection. Additionally, we have collections for in-stock Bands and in-stock Fine Jewelry.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy and how can I make a return or exhange?
If you have received an item that you would like to return, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the package.
Domestic returns must be received by Kingdom Jewelry within 10 days of the package being received by the buyer and international packages must be received by Kingdom Jewelry within 14 days of the package being received by the buyer.
The buyer must use delivery confirmation when returning a package and state on the outside of the package that the item is a RETURN and a USED item. If this is not done the buyer may be responsible for duties fees incurred. Once the item has been received we will issue a refund.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The following items are non-refundable:
Domestic returns received after seven business days of the item being shipped by the buyerInternational returns received after fourteen business days of the item being shipped by the buyer. Returns received in damaged condition or altered condition in any way.
Final sale items (fragile items) or anything sold in AS IS condition. All items purchased on SALE.
Additionally:We do not do refunds are items that have been altered in any way or have be customized. This includes sizing, custom orders, or any type of modification.
We do not accept cancellations on Orders.
How do I ship my return/exhange item back to Kingdom?
After your return has been confirmed via email with our sales team, please ship your return or exchange with its original packaging via a parcel service that is traceable and insured. We highly recommend insuring your parcel as we are not responsible for returns lost in the mail. The client is responsible for all shipping costs. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your return upon receipt. Original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations on Orders.
