An absolutely lovely silver bracelet by Mexican silversmith, Maximiliano Mondragon. This bracelet features a classical and sculptural "fertility" design links with silver bead accents. The links are connected at the top with soldered silver jump rings which allows the bracelet to lay gracefully when worn. A fine handmade bracelet that showcases the talent and incredible design of classic Mexican silver-work.
Mondragon began his silversmithing career by working for William Spratling at Taller de Las Delicias.
He later worked for Maestro Hector Aguilar at Taller Borda before going out on his own. Mondragon's jewelry is always made in timeless designs and are superbly crafted and of the finest quality. All and all, a small masterpiece by one Spratlings great maestros.
