Gibeon Inlay Ring in 14 K Rose Gold ^Sale

This stunning ring is truly one of a kind. The sleep rose gold band holds a rectangular inlay of smokey Gibeon, a crystallized meteorite which fell to the Earth over 3 million years ago. Gibeon meteorites are composed of an iron-nickel alloy. The crystal structure of this meteorite provides a classic example of fine octahedrite and the Widmanstatten pattern which is appreciated for its beauty both by collectors and designers. Set in solid 14kt rose gold, this beautiful piece of alien rock is such a wonderful reminder of the vast universe which surrounds us, and gives us a chance to remember our connection to it all.
